Exchange and Return Policy

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns If your Aura Soul products do not meet your expectations, you have up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as delivered, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Defective Products If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +55 (41) 99508-8855.

  • Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • After analysis, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back in its original packaging with the invoice. A replacement will be sent after the returned item is inspected.

  • Exchanges will not be accepted in cases of: normal wear and tear, signs of misuse, accidental or intentional damage, or improper cleaning.

Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind) In accordance with consumer protection laws, you may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be in pristine condition, in its original packaging, and without signs of use.

When to Refuse Delivery? Please refuse the package at the time of delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Items are missing from the package.

  • The box is crushed or damaged.

  • The product does not match your order.

Refunds Once the return is analyzed and approved:

  • Bank Transfers: Refunded via deposit within 10 business days (bank details required).

  • Credit Card: The refund will appear on your statement within up to two billing cycles, depending on your provider.
